Multiple SPI chip selects asserted at once, C5534

Dear C55x team,

We are seeing strange behavior on a custom C5534 board where it appears all the SPI chip selects get asserted at the same time during SPI EEPROM boot. This is casuing a boot issue on the customer board. Has anybody seen this before or is this a known problem.
