TMDXEVM6678LXE CCSV5 project settings

Hi, I'm a new user and just try to start write a simple program to TMDXEVM6678LXE board. Could you help me about

(1) how to select the CCSV5 project settings with this board?

(2) I power up the board and run the diagnostic through Ethernet. Can I find the pre-loaded (power-up) code as my example project from the TI provided CD?
