I found AM1808 is pin to pin Compatible to OMAP-L138. but I am confused about AM1810.

As per the TI wiki,

Yes, AM1810 is pin to pin compatible with OMAPL138 device.

One thing to note that even though AM1810 is pin to pin compatible with OMAPL138 and AM1808, AM1810 is the only device in this family that offers the Profibus solution.

If you are looking for Profibus solution , I strongly recommend you to consider AM335x family.
