What does OPP indicates for Sitara AM335x processor.Does it related to speed of processor?

If processor is 300 MHz or 600 MHz then how it is related to OPP.

what does mean by dual voltage I/O domain? ( 1.8V/3.3V)

Please read the AM335X Datasheet Rev. F (http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/am3359.pdf ). The OPP tables can be found in section 3.2. The AM335X I/O pins can be powered either from 1.8V or from 3.3V, depending on the VDDSHV[1:6] voltage. Check Table 2-7.
