How to reduce the sampling of the tms320C6711 DSK kit from 8000hz to 1000 hz

I have been using  TMS320C6711 to remove 50 hz frequency . But  i am unable to reduce the sampling rate for it. as it is given that samplig frequency is fixed to 8000hz

    Please give us more details in elloborating your necessity to remove 50 Hz frequency. Are you using TI provided code or your own code?

    Which TI software package are you using to run the code? Which application are you trying to develop to reduce the sampling rate?

    Are you using custom board based out of C6711 TI board?

     

    Kindly provide us all details to proceed further.

    Which TI software package are you using to run the code?
