DM816x EVM NAND boot not working

EVM Version: 816x/389x EVM

ASSY 512870 REV J

SD card boot is OK.[SW3---BTM[4:0] ==> 10111 , all other pins 0 ]

But NAND boot is NOT OK. Nothing comes on the serial console.

[SW3---->BTM[4:0] ==> 10010  ,, pin 8 is 1 , since my NAND is 16 bit , I suppose. All other pins are 0]

Flashed  TI816X-LINUX-PSP-04.00.02.14\images\u-boot\ti816x\u-boot.noxip.bin  using CCS. No use.

Also tried u-boot.noxip.bin fro EZSDK 5.05, but of no avail.

CCS NAND write has no problems.

Tried this also:http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/DM816x_AM389x_PSP_U-Boot#Flashing_U-Boot_to_NAND_using_SD_boot

But it gives no devices  error, when trying nand erase.

Ensured the proper SW settings here also.[SW4, NAND->1]

What is the problem? Am I using the wrong image for U-Boot?

Pls  advice.

Best Regards
