TFTP boot error

Hi All,

We are working on OMAP4460 custom board. has USB-ethernet chip SMSC LAN9500.

During TFTP boot. 

while loading "uImage"  using command "tftp 0x81c00000 uImage" we are getting below error

Using sms0 device                                                               
TFTP from server 192.168.2.3; our IP address is 192.168.2.4                     
Filename 'uImage'.                                                              
Load address: 0x81c00000                                                        
Loading: EHCI timed out on TD - token=0x88008d80                                
T EHCI timed out on TD - token=0x88008d80                                       
T EHCI timed out on TD - token=0x88008d80                                       
T T EHCI timed out on TD - token=0x88008d80

Pls let us know how to proceed further .
