Hi,

I am using Calixto board (AM1808B)for audio processing.

Now i want to to use same board for multicast video receiver as VLC Media player in window is used for receiving udp multicast. Since the board doesn't have VGA IC so what is the required VGA IC. Can i get the source code and binary code for same media player.

If you want to use AM1808, you must download the latest Linux EZ Software Development Kit (EZSDK) for Sitara - http://www.ti.com/tool/linuxezsdk-sitara

You can obtain more information about supported graphics features by AM35x-OMAP35x Graphics SDK Getting Started Guide - http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM35x-OMAP35x_Graphics_SDK_Getting_Started_Guide#Overview

#Q: What is the required VGA IC?

You have some options for VGA ICs:

- THS8200 - See the Linux driver - http://lxr.free-electrons.com/source/drivers/media/i2c/ths8200.c

- ADV7123
