AM335x EVM booting issue

Hi,

I have two different revisions of AM335x EVM boards.
With one board(REV 1.1A), boot.bin which is generated from compiling  AM335X_StarterWare_02_00_01_01-master code as BOOT mode set to UART is  loaded succesfully and executed also. But other board(REV 1.4A) if i do the same, loaded successfully but not executed. Please some one help me  on this.
