UART communication halts when writing into EMIF spaces

I am using tms320c6211 based custom board. In this uart receive working fine. But when i am writing into CE2 space of EMIF, UART receive is not working. Can anyone help me to rectify this problem

    Rakesh,

    You are losing incoming data on the McBSP for your serial data. Is there an overrun bit in the McBSP status that confirms this?

    Some resource is being starved when needed for servicing the McBSP. This could be the DSP processing cycles or the EDMA or interrupt conflict or many things. You will have to look at your system, determine what is stalling other resources that could affect the McBSP receive data flow, and decide how to avoid that. For example, you could delay writing to the EMIF until immediately after reading a McBSP data word, or you could reduce the number of EMIF writes done between reading a McBSP data word, or both.

    You will have to explain your system in order for someone else to be able to help you.
