Here is a question about the video jitter . I fond that my IPC video will jitter on the start some times , I can ensure that the problem is before OSD thread , because the OSD is not jitter . but when I want to caputre a RAW image use ImageTuningTool , the jitter is gone ! ,every things runs to normal , so I can't find the problem , So would some one give me some advice ?
