SD card initialization issue in Linux Kernel on customized board

I am trying to boot by SD card, but I am facing below error in Linux Image. (Alst refer attached SDcard & Sysboot setting in Board)

    Error 110 means "timeout". Does your SD card work on your PC? Did you try with another SD card? Please check the SD card connector on your board for any contamination.
