AM3517 G20/G21 pin connection

I made a PCB based on schematics of LogicPD development board TMDSEVM3517. There G20/G21 pins are not connected NC. But in datasheet on ti.com these pins must be connected to GND.
What will be if G20/G21 pins will not be connected to GND?

On my PCB I have some troubles.
GPIO pins 40,39, 42, 41, 108, 107, 112, 114 is not working - after switch pad'а into GPIO mode voltage on PIN was set to 0 and will not changing after writing in GPIO registers.
May it will be affect from not connected pins.

According to the AM35X Datasheet Rev. E balls G20 and G21 in the ZCN package are VSS balls and should be tied to GND.

I know it, i wrote about it in first message. But in development board these pins are not connected to ground.
What will be if pins G20/G21 will not be connected to GND?

I cannot say about the LogicPD board. This may be some early version of the AM35X ZCN package. As for what will happen if pins G20/G21 will not be connected to GND, TI cannot guarantee proper device functioning if the datasheet specifications are not followed.
