Ensure you are setting capturePrm.enableSDCrop = FALSE. Share logs of Vsys_printDetailedStatistics captured 3 times with 1 min interval. If you are encoding the captured video pls attach the elementary .264 stream.

When you use discrete sync capture, it will capture horizontal blanking as well as some portion of the vertical blanking. This needs to be cropped either in the application or using scalar/VIP trimmer. Without trimming, you will some blanking data at the top of the image and some blanking data at the left or right portion of the image..
