66AK2H12/06 temperature measuring method

Hello,

I would like to measure temperature of 66AK2H12/06.
Do you have any thermal application notes or recommended methods?
I have already read the "Thermal Design Guide for KeyStone Devices(sprabi3)".
But, there is no measuring method on it.

And, I found "TMS320C6678/4/2/1 Thermal Model".
Do you have it for KeystoneII ?

    The thermal model for the K2H can be found under the 'tools and software' tab of the 66AK2H12/06 web pages. The readme file in the zip contains the values used for the models. Thermal design should be based on the expected power consumption rather than measurements of a device. Remember that the power used by one device may be lower than another.

    The document you linked provides a good description of the method used to do case measurements. This measurement technique is useful for checking the performance of you cooling solution. The measurements should not be used to design your cooling solution. The amount of power used by KeyStone device can vary greatly across process. Measurement of a single device will not be representative of all the devices that you will receive. You should base you thermal design on the output from the power consumption spreadsheet customized for your application.

    I have once more confirmation.
    My purpose of temperature measurement is to detect abnomal state of the system.
    Can you recommend the method of spraal9 as temperature monitoring solution?

    The method described in spraal9 is the same method that we use during our power characterization. You can use that method for your temperature measurements.
