RNDIS over usb not working

hi ,

I am using ti-sdk-7.0 and have built arago alon with u-boot 2013.10 and MLO and ported on bbb via SD card

but the RNDIS over usb is not working....any suggestions how to get it working.....

I have been through the link and done as mentioned in it..

but after i tried doing "insmod g_ether.ko" , it failed and gave a number of diff errors,

i am attaching a screeenshot of this for ur refrence

my def_config file is as follows

Please use 'modprobe g_ether'. Insmod does not load dependencies.
