DM8168 DDR3 Register Settings

Hi,

I need to set the registers for a custom board using DDR3 memory. I am using the DM816x_EMIF4_Register_Settings spreadsheet.

1. What determines the RD_LATENCY value in the DDRPHYCR register?
2. Should the Relaxed Timing values be used?
