How to connect CCSv4 to TMS320C6748 EVM?

I'm having trouble connecting Code Composer Studio v4 to my LogicPD EVM evaluation board (with the TMS320C6748 SOM daughter-board on it). I presume the trouble has to do with setting up a configuration within CCS, so that CCS knows how to communicate with the board. ??? But I need more info on how to do this. How do I make the connection work?

Walter,

The current release of CCSv4 does not have a factory target configuration for C6748 yet, but you can use the C6747 configuration that is there today. The JTAG interface is compatible between the two devices.

In addition to Tommy's suggestion I believe you would need to change the GEL file used by the C6747 board configuration, but other than that it should work fine.
