Hi,
I need to solve this issue which I have got at the moment. I am booting Linux Kernel from SD card the issue I am facing is that the SD card boot works OK on the dev kit from varascite but does not work with custom hardware. What I get is unable to mount rootfs even though the kernel image is read from the SD card and not on NAND. The only boot loader I have on NAND are MLO and u-boot
What I have noticed is the my SD card comes up as ro and not sure what the problem here could be. The other thing I have is that the PIN_MUX for MMC1 on DM3730 were using PULL UP Enabled with no external pull ups. What I have done is disabled the internal pull ups as the board has external pull ups on MMC1_CMD, MMC1_DAT0, MMC1_DAT1, MMC1_DAT2 and MMC1_DAT3.
I am not sure what else I can do. I did format the card few times and installed the file system manually but to no avail. I have also tried changing the card but nothing seems to get me going in terms of mounting the filesystem. Any help would be great.
