Hello Nick,

Please refer below the ESD ratings for OMAPL138 device.

You may refer to the OMAPL138 errata section 2.1.4 for the workaround to increase the system level ESD immunity.

You may also refer to the below e2e link where system level ESD immunity has been discussed.

Regarding the process technology, Could you please elaborate your requirement ?

Hi Nick

OMAPL138 family is in 65 nm.

Since you are using Hi Rel variant , if you have queries specifically on the hirel part, I recommend posting queries on the HiRel E2E forum

Please make sure that you are looking at the hirel datasheet

and not the OMAPL138 commerical/industrial temp datasheet.
