用DM368 PLL做分频

       用DM368 PLL做分频，24M Hz的晶振输入，想要通过PLL1和PLL2得到12M Hz的CLKOUT0和CLKOUT1输出。现在问题是CLKOUT0和CLKOUT1在NBL中做了相关的初始化配置后，CLKOUT0和CLKOUT1输出都是24M。

   除了要设置好PLL Mode，还有设置好OSCDIV1中的Ratio。还有其他的初始化配置会影响到这两个的输出吗？
