How to change resolution and bitrate in DM368 dynamically using VPSS

HI

I want change the image width/height and bitrate when running.

I am using client and server mechanism

1. client will send width/height and bitrate at run time.

2.on other side i need to capture data and change width/height and bitrate dynamically.

3.to do this i need to configure VPSS registers at run time, how can i configure this ?
