Apologize for the delay, if the LCD resolution is less than VGA and the camera input is not encoded, then it would be possible.
If any of the above conditions is broken then we recommend that you consider using the DM365 processor instead.

Well, the DaVinci Wiki says that buffering and displaying 720p60 could be a problem with the DM355 due to limited DDR bandwidth.
I am now writing my software for the DM365. I will see within the next weeks if it will work.

Please note that by default, the DM365 encode demo captures 720p @ 60 fps, encodes (h.264 or mpeg4) 720p @ 30 fps, and displays 720p @ 60 fps; therefore, encoding aside, the encode demo is already capturing and displaying 720 p @ 60 fps so you should have no bandwidth issues with DM365.
