This type of information is normally found in the data-sheet and/or user guide which should accompany the corresponding codec.

With DVSDK 2.10.01.18, I got the June 2009 v1.00 codec; the user guide suggests that B-frames are not supported. Unfortunately, I do not have the v1.10 codec handy to check its related docs.

No, B-frames are not supported with H264 encoder on DM365.
