TPS65217 with 12V Supply

Hi Guys, 

We are Using an AM3352 with a TPS65217. The supply for the TPS65217 comes from a buck regulator and is fed into the AC power input.

We monitor the voltage of the input supply using an A2D channel. We want to be able to shut the entire system down when the supply drops below 10V AND only once the system has shut down fully - all data saved and PMIC off.

We then want to be able to wake the system when the voltage rises above 11V externally without waking the AM3352 up periodically using a RTC or similar.

Has anyone solved this issue or have any suggestions.
