We use DM8168 with a UDWORKS based hardware design and DVRRDK 03.00.00.00 based software.
For an adaptation of different SD displays we can add padding values left/right/top/bottom of the mosaic layouts. This means the padding values are included if width, height, x and y of the mosaic layouts values are calculated. This works fine for us. In this context We also tested mosaic width alignments of 4 / 2 / 1. These align values also seems to work.
The standard width alignment from the DVRRDK demo is 8.
Is a width alignment of 8 enforced for any reason ?
