DM8148 DDR3 Maximum Clock Rate

Hi

Has the DDR3 interface maximum clock speed been revised to 533MHz for DM8148 chip? 

When we started the design Q3 2013, it was limited to 400MHz if i recollect correctly.

Is this change applicable to all silicon revisions? If yes, we could try out whether our custom board operates at 533MHz since this would likely need software changes only.

    KS,

    DM814x DDR3 support up to 533MHz at OPP166/1.35V for CYE1 and CYE2 devices.

    Yes, to all silicon versions which are CYE1 or CYE2 devices. See the DM814x datasheet, 9.1.2 Device and Development-Support Tool Nomenclature
