Run different codec on C6678 DSP card simultaneously

Hi TI expert,

Is it possible to run different codec on C6678 DSP card simultaneously?

ex:

I. DSPC8682 card multichip application -  run H264 codec on DSP0-2, run H265 codec on DSP3-7

II. DSPC8682 card multicore application - run H264 codec on Core0-2, run H265 codec on Core3-7

III. DSPC8682 card - download sv04.out on DSP and pass different channel parameter to select the specific codec 

for example:the first frame is processed by H265Enc, so pass the parameter「--channel="H265 Encode"」, the second frame is processed by H264Enc, so pass the parameter「--channel="H264HP Encode"」

      Can you check the H264 Multi Channel demos under: mcsdk_video_2_2_0_41\demos\codecs\pcie_h264hpenc_multichan_demo\scripts

    This example is for Running multiple H264 codecs, the same you can modify it for running other multiple codecs. I could not understand the example given.

    1. Is it possible that  decode H264 data on DSP0-2 and then pass the data to encode H265 on DSP3-7 ?

    -> Is this similar to 1080p_h264dec_scale_720p_h265enc demo?

    2. Is it possible that  decode H264 data on Core0-2 and then pass the data to encode H265 on Core3-7 ?

    ->Is this similar to 1080p_h264dec_scale_720p_h265enc demo?

    3. I mean that can I pass the different channel parameter at the same time to select the specific codec since TI various codec are all in sv04.out

    Hi YC, yes please use 1080p_h264dec_scale_720p_h265enc demo as an example demo for your use case (decode H264 data on DSP0-2 and then pass the data to encode H265 on DSP3-7)
