When encoding 1080p video using H.264 codec, what FPS could a DM6467-594 and a DM6467-729 device achieve separately?

In my application, the video is coming from VPIF and I need transfer the encoded data stream through Gigabit Ethernet. While the resolution of video source is 1400X1024 (not 1080p), H.264 encoder code could support this resolution accordingly or not?
