Help! How to use the old C5400 CGT in the new CCS5.X ?

Gentle(wo)men,

I have to support some old projects, based on the CCS2.X. The idea was to use the old CGT, in my case C5400 CGT v3.70 of the CCS2.0, and the new CCS5.X IDE. Normally I was able to activate an additional CGT via Project Properties => CCS General => Advanced settings => Compiler version => More … => Select new build tools from file system => Browse … , e.g. preliminary downloaded and installed CGT v4.1.1.

Unfortunately I can’t download the corresponding CGT installer for the CGT v.3.70:
http://software-dl.ti.com/codegen/non-esd/downloads/download.htm
and have only a CGT containing folder installed under CCS2.0. But if I try to activate the CGT as described above I get still the message: “No build-tools selected! Please select a directory that contains the build-tools for the ‘C5400’ device-family”, though the folder does content practically the same CGT files as the CGT v4.1.1.

What could be a reason of this issue?

Thank in advance

GenPol
