TI-RTOS and C6670 Install

I'm using the TMDSEVM6670LE EVM board and want to run Sys/BIOS and NDK. I installed CCS v6.0 and then TI-RTOS from the App Center. But there do not appear to be any PDK files for the 6670. The C:\ti install directory contains the directories shown below.

Are C6670 users supposed to use TI-RTOS or MCSDK 2.0. If Install CCS v6.0 followed by MCSDK 2.0, the install directory contains the second image and has all the examples and drivers. But MCSDK appears to be very out of date. All the docs are for CCS 4.0.

It would be helpful to know the proper install procedure to use for the C6670 and other C6000 multicore. Do I do CCS v6 + TI-RTOS + something else for the PDK, or do I do CCS v6.0 + MCSDK?
