DIO Library for C6474

Where can I find the C6474 DIO libraries? I was able to find 1.00 at https://gforge.ti.com/gf/project/sriodirectiolib/, but is this where I'll find newer versions? It seems strange its not part of the update advisor or listed in the Wiki at "What DSP SW libraries are available for the C6474?" for C6474 (http://www.tiexpressdsp.com/index.php/C6474#What_DSP_SW_libraries_are_available_for_the_C6474.3F)

Will the C6474 DIO libraries be supported in the future in CCSv4?

Is there (or will there be) a DIO for the C6472? (I am particularly interested in the SRIO DIO lib).

There weren't any DIO SW downloads available at

But then again there wasn't a DIO lib listed for the C6474 below either.

The C6474 DIO library files on gForge are the correct files and this is the correct place to download the files. A reference to this library and others have been added to the Wiki page just after the link you listed.

These libraries are not specific to the version of CCSv4. If you are asking if they will be automatically installed with CCSv4, then I do not expect this to be the case.

The C6474 DIO library also supports the C6472.

Do you think I'd have to re-compile the DIO libraries to work with CCSv4? I'm hoping that since DIO doesn't depend on BIOS, I can build a new CCSv4 BIOS 6 project and link in the libs.

If you are using the same CodeGenerationTools family, like 6.1.x, with both the DIOlib and CCS4 then there should be no reason to recompile.

A recompile is usually needed only when you port to a different processor (e.g., to get enhancements moving from C64x to C64x+) or when there is a major change in the compiler technology (e.g., CGT 5.x to CGT 6.x, perhaps).
