TMS320DM6437 Power Consumption

Hi,

I'am using the DM6437 power consumption spreadsheet (http://www-s.ti.com/sc/techlit/spraao6.zip). Is the power consumption of the L1 and L2 caches included in the value which indicates power consumption of the DSP-core (DSP row in the spreadsheet )?
