dvrrdk enclink parameter set

Hi everybody,

    EncLink_ChDynamicParams's member : rcAlg, vbrDuration, vbrSensitivity. I set rcAlg = 0, vbrDuration = 8, vbrSensitivity = 0,anybody knows about the meaning of these parameters,and tell me detail effect to video encode.

I change the value of rcAlg =1, and vbrDuration = 1,then stream the encoded video by rtp packets, the end of receiver display has no obviously change.
