Please see Figure 8-22 in the TRM (SPRUH73K).

What is the external warm reset assertion detected on the nRESETIN_OUT pin?

Does it mean that the external warm reset source assertion does not cause the external warm reset during one cycle before the internal warm reset source assertion?

External warm reset assertion detected on the nRESETIN_OUT pin means that this pin is asserted by an external source (e.g. a pushbutton), but I guess there is an error in this figure - it should be internal warm reset assertion.

If it is internal warm reset assertion, why does the falling edge not synchronize to clock edge? Is this gap an error?

First of all this is a figure, not a timing diagram. Second, warm reset sources are listed in Table 8-24 and these are not necessarily synchronized with the main clock - there are a lot of PLLs in the device that run on different frequencies.
