Hello,
In our custom board of DM8148, we are not using PMIC chip to control power. Due to that we are trying two approaches:
1) Reducing frequency using Linux governor but not reducing voltage(1.35v)
2) Reducing voltage to 1.1v, but DM will run at highest speed.
I have below questions on both approaches:
1)Is it ok to use any of the one approach to reduce power?
2) From both of the above approaches which approach is good to reduce power and how much power will be reduced?
