Are M14 and N16 to be left unconnected as recommended in Table 3-23 of SPRS586A, or grounded as on the Logic PD schematic (OMAP-L138 SOM-M1 p. 8)?

Datasheet shows the new and correct information. TI officially states that M14 and N16 are NC.

The EVM design was based on older information. Pulling M14 and N16 to GND would not not pose any problems.

Hello.

Our customer uses silicon revision 1.1, and 1.0.
And, they are designing M14 and N16 as NC.
please let me know ...

a) Can we make M14 and N16 as NC in silicon revision 1.1?
b) Can we make M14 and N16 as NC in silicon revision 1.0?
