SGMII Transmit Configuration Register n (SGMII_SERDES_CFGTXn )

Greetings,

Section 3.6 of the KeyStone Architecture Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) Switch Subsystem User Guide talks about the SGMII Transmit Configuration Register. I have searched through the code and documentation but I cannot find the correct address or address offset for this register for the K2H architecture. I would like to set the INVPAIR Invert polarity bit in this register. Can someone help me find this address?

You can find the SGMII_SERDES register at the device datasheet.

Find more details at SerDes Implementation Guide for KeyStone I Devices and KeyStone II Architecture Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) User Guide

I believe that, there is a documentation problem for SGMII_SERDES memory mapped address in the K2H device datasheet. Please refer the Keystone 2 EVM Technical Reference Manual to get the proper address.

Thanks Pubesh. What is the offset for each SGMII port though? There are 4 of them on the K2H.

The Ethernet PHY (PHY1 and PHY2) is connected to SoC EMAC0 & 1 to provide a copper interface and routed to a Gigabit RJ-45 connector (LAN1).

The EMAC2 & 3 of SoC is routed to Port0 & 1 of the AMC edge connector backplane interface.

Please go through the EVM technical Reference Manual(TRM) to get detailed info.

See the Table 3-4 lists all gigabit Ethernet switch subsystem registers in KeyStone II devices at Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) Switch Subsystem User Guide.

I believe that, you have find the offset address from the TRM as well GbE user guide. You may close this thread if you get the answer.
