My team is developing a streaming video application that needs to support a webcam and a small flat panel display. We need to select a TI DSP Evaluation Module or TI DSP Starter Kit for rapid prototyping purposes. MatLab compatibility is a requirement since all of the algorithms were developed using MatLab. Ideally, the Evaluation Board would support a range of DSP devices within the family for performance evaluation purposes. Thank you in advance for your feedback.
