Boot Configuration Pins

Hi,

In our custom board, the boot config pins (GPIO-14 and GPIO-15) is not reflected in DEV_Stat register after device power on. Even if boot config pins (GPIO-14 and GPIO-15) are driven high, DEV_Stat register respective bits shows "0" .

Remaining boot config pins (GPIO-1 and GPIO-13) values are reflected properly in DEV_Stat register.

Any constraints on boot config pins at POR.

Please ensure that boot pins are routed correctly in custom design by referring EVM's schematic.

Hi,

The issue is due IBL.

In the no boot mode, it latches the all the configuration pins properly in DEV_Stat Register.

Hi Senthil,

This two pins are used to select PCIe Mode(EP/RC).

Have you using FPGA for control the DSP boot mode on your design?
