Is DM8168 errata advisory 1.1.27 known to be fixed in rev 2.x silicon? I don't see it in the 2.0 Advisory list but we're still experiencing similar issues.
Thanks,
Stu

Yes, this 1.127 advisory is documented as fixed for 2.x (2.0 and 2.1) silicon revisions of the DM816x device.

Advisory 1.1.27 HDMI Audio May Not Inter-operate With All HDMI Audio Sinks, AVRs, Repeaters
Revisions Affected: 1.1, 1.0
Details: The HDMI sends excessive ACR packets which leads to inter-operation issues and to CTS interval compliancy failures. This may cause the device HDMI audio not to inter- operate with all types of HDMI receivers, AVRs or repeaters.
Workaround: Currently, there is no workaround for this issue.

Pavel
PG1.x 816x devices send too many AVR packets and can cause some receivers to discard the audio information. This issue is fixed in PG2.x devices.
