Hi,

What is the compression ratio achieved when we use the HDVICP2 media accelerator to compress a video captured using the OMX framework?

    It depends on many,many parameters and inputs...

    I would list some factors that might affect.

    - what kind of encoder (H264, MPEG, MJPEG..)

    - resolution

    - Profile

    - BitRateControl settings (CBR, VBR)

    - ....

    So what are you expecting for ?     Do you have a performance target ?
