C6747 reboot for no reason?

my platform is CCS3.3, C6747, bios v5.41, code generation v6.11.
    my board boot mode is SPI mode,my program has been burned into SPI flash,after power on, program
    start to run, and every thing works well, but after some operation, the C6747 will reboot again,
    but the program did not enable watchdog, so this is confused me very much.
    any help.

I have used DSP for several years, but I even did not know how to make DSP Chip reboot except Reset the Chips.I know only one way to reset DSP chips only with Watchdog, but My program did not enable watchdog which I am very sure.What is the direction to resolve the problem?

oh，there is another important tips that when I use CCS to debug the program，the Chip also will reboot after the same two operation， the appearance is same as above。

whenthe Chip also will reboot， the CCS emulator did not disconnect，and check the RAM region and can find the RAM data is same witch SPI Flash program context。

what should I do，next？Does it means the Chip did not reset whenChip reboot， the CCS emulator did not disconnect ？
