AM335x : internal RAM on RTC-only mode

Hi,

On RTC-only, are internal RAMs(L1/L2) available?

As far as I know, these internal rams are under MPU subsystem. So if mpu_voltage is turn-off, then these could not be used.

Hi Devin,

Your understanding is correct. In RTC-only power mode power is provided only to the RTC subsystem. The rest of the device is powered down. All context and memories will be lost, and the only portion of the chip that will be maintained is the RTC.
