YCbCr to RGB on 64x+

This is actually for OMAP3530, but since it's a video-centric question I thought I might get a better response over in the Davinci area...

Do we have any code for 64x+ for converting back and forth between YCbCr (4:2:2 interleaved) and RGB? There is an IMGLIB function but it only goes to RGB565 (not 888) and cannot convert the other way either.

Brad, you can do interleaved to planar conversion using IMG_yc_demux_le16_8. You can then use fxn that converts planar 422 data to packed RGB888. I'll send you this fxn in a seperate mail

Nan,

Can you specify what exactly is the requirement of the Color space conversion functionality that you are looking for?

Do you need to convert YCbCr planar to RGB565 or RGB888? Do you need a 8bit or a 16 bit function? Do you need this in little endian or big endian format?

Please provide this information to us. We might be able to provide you with some reference code for the functionality based on your requirements.

i need to convert YCbCr planar to RGB888 in little endian mode on dm6437 platform ,both 8 bit and 16bit,because i don't know exactly what's the difference,thanks alot
