SSD gen3 access stability in dm8168 silicon 2.1

Hi,

I had read the SSD gen3 on the silicon2.0 doesn't work and may cause lock-up.  I had made three test boards recently and plan to install a micro-SATA on the dm8168 SATA port0, the mirco-SATA is gen3. after testing, I found 2 out of 3 boards works correctly but one board fails on the micro-SATA bootup,  I have checked the JTAG-ID of the DM8168, it is silicon2.1   so i am still wondering if this issue mentioned in spruz329e is completedly solved in silicon2.1?  any suggestions?

my error message is like this,
