Load GEL file and connect target, we got the information

We test DDR sometime have problem as below

When we write address 0x80000044 data 00000004 read address data is right, but others address data changed too. Please see red text.
Would you know have problem?

We use excel file to modify gel today, but DDR still have problem. Would you help me check setting? and any suggestion?

Hello Jeff,

The configuration register settings seems to be correct. If the configuration is wrong, you may get error during DDR initialization and memory test.

Are you seeing the data change in the same location as you highlighted when you write into different location ?

Could you write 0 to all locations and then try writing your data into some random address ?

Are you using TI provided code or your custom code ?

As Ganapathy requested, Could you please share your code ?
