With recent revision "E" data sheet of OMAP-L138, there is "A4" (extended grade, 456MHz) device as below.

So, can you confirm if it is possible to order "A4" device of OMAP-L138 (OMAPL138EZWTA4)?

The OMAPL138EZWTA4 part is active and available for order. But at present there is no stock available with any of the distributor.

You could check with TI distributor or TI local sales office for the availability and lead time details.
