6713 dsk error

Dear all,

We have a Spectrum digital DSK 6713.

recently i reinstalled the OS ( winxp)

CCS 3.1 was also reinstalled.

DSK 6713 diagnostic is sucessful but on launching CCS the following error message appears

 

"Your Code Composer does not support the connected target. Device driver name: "C:\CCStudio_v3.1\drivers\sdgo6713dsk.dvr" "

    Hi Joaquim,

    Have you enabled the "C67xx" platform support while you install the CCS ?

    Have you faced any issues or got any errors while you install the CCS ?

    I would like to suggest to install the latest CCS versions on your host PC.

    Thanks for your post.

    Most probably, it could be an registry clean up issue after uninstall and reinstall CCSv3.1. There is a existing workaround for this and I think, this should fix your issue. Please check the workaround provided for this issue from the below E2E post:

    Also, one more suggestion, after you reinstall CCSv3.1, please ensure to install the emulation support package for DSK6713 emulator configuration which is provided from Spectrum Digital. Example code is also provided in the DSK6713 page. Please check this at http://support.spectrumdigital.com
