Facing problem with TMDSPDB6727

Hi All,

I just received bought TMDSPDB6727. We found that 1 item (a Lyrtech CD: Document and Software) is missing from the package.

This CD is also clearly displayed on the box.

I did register and log on to

this is not the correct device forum. this forum is for DM3xx devices, you might want to try to post your question on a c6727 device forum.

Hi,

I was told by local TI to post my questions here since there is no support in my region. Now I'm directed back at them again. Its never ending...Thanks anyway

I was directed by TI local to buy from Disty. Obviously Disty got the product from TI
Disty tried to help but I know they've done their best. And the feedback they got from TI is, to post my questions on the forum.

Disty usually gets it from the board manufacturer, in this case is Lyrtech. You could contact Lyrtech, but you do not need to do that because we got in contact with TI-Asia, and they should contact you soon to solve your problem.
